|
Seamless Heat Exchanger Tubes for boiler and condenser service — from a seamless tube Korea factory supporting export supply. Typical standards include ASTM A213 / A269 with materials from stainless and duplex to high alloys, plus inspection options and MTC documentation for export projects. Common applications include condenser tube, boiler water wall tube, and air cooler tube service. For material-focused RFQs, we often quote ASTM A213 TP316L tube, duplex S32205 seamless tube, and Incoloy 825 heat exchanger tube. If you are searching for an ASTM A213 supplier or checking heat exchanger tube price, share your OD/WT/length and delivery terms so we can respond quickly.

At ASEA METAL, we prioritize the integrity of our heat exchanger tubes. Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is a core part of our non-destructive testing (NDT) process, used to detect surface and sub-surface flaws without damaging the material.
- Standard Compliance: Our ECT procedures strictly adhere to ASTM E426 (for Stainless/Nickel alloys) and ASME Section V, Article 8.
- Detection Capability: We identify microscopic cracks, pits, and longitudinal defects that could lead to leakage under high-pressure conditions.
- 100% Inspection: Every single tube for heat exchanger bundles undergoes 100% ECT to ensure 100% reliability for our global clients.
- Qualified Inspectors: All tests are performed and verified by certified NDT Level II/III technicians.

ASEA METAL TECHNICAL DATA : Global Tube Standards & Testing
We manufacture seamless heat exchanger tubing in Korea with a mill workflow built for export projects. For corrosion service, 316L (2.5% Mo) is a common choice, supplied to ASTM A213 TP316L as specified. We also support ASTM A213 TP304L and ASTM A269 TP316L depending on the tube application and project spec. Inspection options such as ECT and PMI can be aligned to your ITP along with MTC (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2). As a Korean tube mill, we confirm OD/WT, length, and release documents before shipment.
